  • 4 x Ancho chilies, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 sm Onion, peeled and minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 x Jalapeno, minced
  • 1 x Serrano chili, minced
  • 1 x Chipotle chili, minced
  • 1 sm Bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 c. Rich chicken stock

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 min.

    Pour into a blender and puree till smooth.
