  • 2 oz. can anchovy fillets or 1 doz. fillets
  • 1 sliced medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. medium cream
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
  • 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese (1/2 c.)

Directions

    Put all ingredients except cream cheese into blender container. Cover.

    Press button 7 for 10 seconds.

    With motor running on speed 7, drop cut-up cheese into opening at top.

    Continue blending until smooth.

    Stop to push down with spatula if needed.
