  • 4 whole chicken breasts, split or you may substitute 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
  • 1 pkg. dried beef slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Line 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with beef slices and place chicken on beef.

    Mix soup with sour cream; pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil until last 1/2 hour of baking.

    Bake 2 hours at 300°.
