Ham-Rice Timbales

Ingredients
- 3 c. ground cooked ham
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 6 slices canned pineapple, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
Directions

1Combine ham, rice, egg yolks, mayonnaise and dry mustard. Shape approximately 1/2 cup of mixture for each cone.

2Dip in egg whites and roll in cornflake crumbs.

3Place on cookie sheet.

4Top each slice with ham cone.

5Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 25 minutes.

6Heat soup and serve 1/4 cup of mixture over each cone. Yields 6 servings.
