- 2 c. buttermilk
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 3 tsp. baking powder

6Mix with buttermilk. Cut shortening in dry ingredients. Add liquid. Put in plastic bag and put in refrigerator
