  • 2 Tbsp. warm water
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 5 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 3 tsp. baking powder

    Mix with buttermilk. Cut shortening in dry ingredients. Add liquid. Put in plastic bag and put in refrigerator

    Take out as much as you want at a time.

    Roll out and cut.

    Dip or turn in liquid margarine. Let rise
