- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients; add milk and yeast mixture.

3Roll out on a floured board.

4Cut into biscuits.

5Let stand approximately 15 minutes to rise.

6Bake at 475° for 15 minutes. This dough keeps well in refrigerator up to 3 days, if kept in covered dish.
