- 1 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. Bisquick original or reduced fat mix
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in medium bowl.

2Mix in Bisquick and milk until dough forms.

3Gently smooth into ball onto surface dusted with Bisquick.

4Knead 10 times.

5Roll 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in Bisquick.

7Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, until soft and puffed.

8Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes until golden.
