  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    Add 1 cup sugar gradually.

    When glossy, pour into 9-inch pie pan.
