Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Mix jello and hot water; let cool.

    Mash cheese; add pineapple, celery, pimiento and nuts.

    Mix this into jello and put in refrigerator until begins to gel.

    Whip cream and fold into jello.
