- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 shots banana brandy
- 2 c. flour
- 5 Tbsp. sour cream
- fat or oil (for frying)
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat egg yolks in bowl until thick.

2Add and blend sugar, salt and brandy.

3Add flour alternately with sour cream until all blended.

4Turn dough on floured board.

5Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

6Knead dough until it blisters.

7Roll very thin.

8Cut into strips 1-inch wide and 4-inches long.

9Cut gash in center and pull one end of strip through.

10Fry in deep fat at 370° until light brown; turn over.

11Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
