- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 c. rice
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning and sage.

2Melt margarine in skillet.

3Brown chicken in margarine with mushrooms and onion.

4When chicken is almost fully cooked, add soup and water.

5Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.

6Add rice and simmer for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
