  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (5 oz.) STELLA D'ORO ANGINETTI Cookies

Directions

    Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Spoon 1 Tbsp.

    of the cheese mixture into small indentation on bottom of each cookie.

    Serve immediately.

    Or, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
