- 5 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
Directions

1Put cut rhubarb in 2-quart pan.

2Pour sugar over it and let stand until juice forms.

3Cook and bring to a boil.

4Time for 11 minutes.

5Stir while cooking.

6Take off heat and pour in Jell-O. Stir and pour in jars.

7Cover jars with lids.

8Cool.

9Keep in refrigerator.
