  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed ham
  • 1 brick cheese, cubed

Directions

    Cube ham and brown in skillet.

    Mix together with all the other ingredients.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan and bake at 400° for approximately 30 minutes.
