  • 2 1/8 cups heavy cream
  • 1 5/16 cups condensed milk
  • 6 1/3 ounces KitKat chocolate bars
  • KitKat extra, chunks for decoration

    Cool a metal bowl and whisk in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, crush the KitKat into crumbs.

    Beat cream until very firm. Using a spatula, gently stir in condensed milk.

    Add KitKat (or a different chosen flavor), mix gently.

    Pour into an airtight container and place the ice cream in the freezer.

    To serve, garnish with extra KitKat chunks.
