- 20 green peppers, chopped
- 2 c. cooking oil
- 2 1/2 c. dark vinegar
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans water packed tuna
- 2 (4 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 3 small cans mushrooms
- 2 cans black olives, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Bring ingredients, except green peppers, to a rapid boil.

2Add green peppers and boil until done to your taste, about 10 minutes. Stir constantly while boiling. Fill hot jars and seal.

3Pressure cook 10 minutes at 10 pound pressure.

4Serve with crackers.
