  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups diced fried mushrooms
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheese, of your choice

Directions

    Fry bacon.

    Drain.

    Crumble when cooled.

    Fry onion and mushroom until onion is translucent.

    Shred cheese.

    Add all ingredients except cheese into a skillet and cook until potatoes are done.

    Top with shredded cheese and serve with toast!
