- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 cups diced fried mushrooms
- 1 12 cups shredded cheese, of your choice

1Fry bacon.

2Drain.

3Crumble when cooled.

4Fry onion and mushroom until onion is translucent.

5Shred cheese.

6Add all ingredients except cheese into a skillet and cook until potatoes are done.

7Top with shredded cheese and serve with toast!
