  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, snipped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Blend cheese and milk.

    Stir in dried beef, onion and pepper. Mix well.

    Add sour cream.

    Spoon into 8-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle walnuts over top and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve with crackers as a dip.
