- 2 cups shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh sage
- 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or deli ham

1In a small bowl, mix cheese and sage. Unfold puff pastry; cut each in half crosswise. Top each half with prosciutto and cheese mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges; roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Wrap tightly in waxed paper or plastic; refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
