Appetizer Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 4 Egg Beaters (1 carton)
  • 1 c. liquid Butter Buds
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.

    Shape into 1-inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet.

    Store frozen balls in a plastic bag.

    Bake 15 minutes at 325° or 30 minutes if frozen.

    Yields about 8 dozen balls.
