- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange blossom honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, Ground

1Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan.

3Cook for about 15 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken.
