- 2 c. sweet cider
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Cook apples in cider until tender.

2Press through a sieve or food mill.

3Measure 3 quarts of apple pulp.

4Cook pulp until thick enough to round up in a spoon as pulp thickens.

5Stir frequently to prevent sticking.

6Add sugar and spices.

7Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick.

8Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.

9Adjust caps.

10Process pint and quart jars 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
