  • 6 qt. applesauce
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. allspice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 8 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in stainless steel or granite roaster. Bake in oven for 4 or 5 hours.

    Stir often.

    When done, put into hot jars and seal.
