  • cinnamon oil to taste
  • red food coloring
  • 7 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine applesauce and powdered pectin in saucepan.

    Heat to boiling.

    Add cinnamon oil, red food coloring and sugar.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    Pour into scalded jars or glasses.

    Seal.
