  • lasagna noodles (9), cooked
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.

    Mix Ricotta cheese with eggs (beaten) and spinach.

    Layer spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan; alternate with noodles and Ricotta spinach mixture.

    Top with spaghetti sauce.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or heated through.
