  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. diced apples

    Sift Fine Spun flour and other dry ingredients together.

    Cream sugar and other ingredients together and add to the dry, small amounts at a time.

    Fold in nuts and apples.

    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° for 1 hour.
