  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. fresh diced apples
  • 1 jar cherries, cut in half
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Stir dry ingredients together in bowl.

    Beat eggs in another bowl and add cherries and juice from cherries, cooking oil, diced apples and nuts to eggs.

    Mix well with dry ingredients.

    Pour into well-greased tube pan and bake in 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
