  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 6 tbls veg oil
  • 1/4 honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 2 large apples, cored and diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • egg, water and sugar for wash

    combine first 7 ingredients in bread machine-dough

    rise for 1 hr after machine done

    grease spring form pan
  4. 4
    toss apple, sugar and cinnamon

    deflate dough, transfer to greased surface, flatten into rectangle

    spread apple mixture in middle. fold over. spread more mixture, fold last third.

    cut length wise and then into 8 sections for 16 pieces

    lay dough chunks in spring form

    cover with oiled seran wrap for 1 hr and let rise again

    bake 55 minutes at 325

    cool 5 minutes and then transfer out of pan
