  • 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • caramel ice cream topping

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

    Set aside.

    Separate biscuits and flatten each on baking pan.

    Peel, core and slice apple.

    Chop apple in small pieces.

    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits.
