- 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
- 1 medium apple
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- caramel ice cream topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

4Separate biscuits and flatten each on baking pan.

5Peel, core and slice apple.

6Chop apple in small pieces.

7Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits.
