Apple Cider Ice Cream

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 package (Single-serving Size) Instant Apple Cider Mix (I Used Alpine Spice Apple Cider))
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cups Caramel Sauce (optional)

Directions

    First, in a small bowl, mix condensed milk, instant cider, and vanilla.

    In a separate, larger bowl, beat heavy cream until thick peaks begin to form. Gently, fold half of the milk mixture into the heavy cream. Stir gently and add the remaining half.

    If your heart so desires, add caramel bits or caramel sauce to your concoction. Stir gently so that sauce is swirled throughout the cream.

    Freeze for three hours or overnight and then delight in your very own apple cider ice cream.
