Apple Cider Ribs

- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- dry rub seasonings or barbecue sauce, of your choice
Directions

1Place a 2 lb. rack of baby back ribs in a foil lined shallow pan.

2Add 1 1/2 cups apple cider and cover lightly with foil.

3Bake at 250° for 3 hours basting every 1/2 hour or so with the cider.

4After 3 hours remove from oven and add rub or sauce to ribs.

5Drain off some liquid if needed.

6Return to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325°.
