- 2/3 cup flour whole-grain
- 9/16 cup all-purpose flour white
- 1 3/8 teaspoons baking powder
- salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon plus more for sprinkling
- 3 1/4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 apple ; peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2Sift together the whole-grain flour, white flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the ground cinnamon, and the sugar.
