  • 3 c. apple-cinnamon cereal
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. hickory flavored almonds
  • 1 c. chow mein noodles
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients and spread on a greased baking sheet.

    In a small mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients.

    Pour over dry ingredients, stirring to coat well.

    Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently to break apart.

    Pour onto waxed paper to cool.
