  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine or 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 large apples, chopped

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Add margarine and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients.

    Add to egg mixture alternating with orange juice. Fold in apples.

    Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
