  • pastry (for a 9-inch two crust pie)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. pared, sliced tart apples
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    In large bowl, combine sugars, cornstarch and cinnamon.

    Add fruit.

    Turn into pastry lined pan.
