  • pastry for 9-inch 2 crust pie (store bought or own recipe)
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. pared sliced tart apples
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (whole or chopped)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Turn oven to 350°.

    Cut slits in top.

    Bake approximately 40 minutes, golden brown.
