  • 3 or 4 apples
  • 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter

    Peel apples and slice thin.

    Layer in greased pan.

    Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter.

    Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over the apples.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Serve warm with Cheddar cheese, whipped cream or ice cream.
