- 6 medium size cooking apples
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. old fashioned or quick cooking oats, uncooked
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples.

2Place apple slices in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

3Preheat oven to 375°.

4In medium size bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats and butter.

5Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over apple slices.

6Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender.

7Serve warm or refrigerate to serve later.
