- 2 medium tart cooking apples, pared and sliced (about 2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Heat the oven to 350°.

2Divide the apples between 2 (10 ounce) custard cups.

3Sprinkle water over apple slices.

4Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.

5Bake, uncovered, until the topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
