- 3 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
- 1 pkg. vanilla flavored low calorie milk beverage (i.e., Alba 77)
- 3/4 oz. dry cereal (i.e., oatmeal or Grape-Nuts)
Directions

1Place sliced apples in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.

2Mix raisins, water, sweetener and spice together.

3Sprinkle over apples.

4Mix vanilla flavored low calorie beverage, cereal and margarine together.

5Sprinkle over all ingredients in baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Can be microwaved on High for 15 minutes.

8Divide evenly.

9Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1/4 milk, 1/4 bread and 1/4 fat.
