  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons Sorghum Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Sorghum Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 cups Sugar

Directions

    Butter your pie pan.

    Peel, core, and slice the pears into thin slices.

    Mix together with the sugars, salt, 2 tablespoons of flour, and spices.

    Pour filling into your pie pan.

    Now for the topping, cut the butter into the cup of flour, xantham gum, and sugar.
