- 2 lb. (900 g) Cortland apples, peeled, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minit Tapioca
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
