  • 2 lb. (900 g) Cortland apples, peeled, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minit Tapioca
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)

    Toss apples with granulated sugar, tapioca and spices in large bowl.

    Meanwhile, mix flour and brown sugar in medium bowl.

    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Line 9-inch pie plate with pie crust; fill with fruit mixture.
