  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 3 c. sliced apples

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients. Cut in oleo until mixture is crumbly. Arrange apples in shallow, well-greased pan. Sprinkle apples with dry mixture and cover baking dish. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove cover and bake a few minutes longer until crumbs are brown.
