  • 8 to 9 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Fill a 13 x 9-inch pan with apples to half full; cover with mixed white sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and flour.

    Press down on top of apples.

    Bake at 350° until brown.

    Serve with cream or ice cream.
