  • 1 (24 oz.) jar chunky applesauce
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 can undiluted evaporated milk
  • nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 (10-inch) unbaked pie shells

    Mix applesauce, butter, egg yolks, sugar and nutmeg.
