Apple Custard Torte

  • 2 c. flor
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and 3 tablespoons sugar and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Slice apples on top of crust to fill pan.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Five minutes before done, pour over apples the pudding (prepared according to directions).

    Cool and refrigerate overnight.

    Spread with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with nuts.
