  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 c. peeled, chopped cooking apples

Directions

    Cream eggs, oil and sugar.

    Sift together and fold in flour, salt and soda.

    Add vanilla.

    Blend and add pecans and apples. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes in a 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan.

    Leave in pan.
