  • 2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg

    Put cake mix, margarine and coconut in bowl and mix like you would for pie crust.

    Pat into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
