  • 3 green apples, sliced in wedges
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, not packed
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 jar Hershey's or Smucker's butterscotch caramel
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Soak sliced apples in 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon salt; cover.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended.

    Place on serving dish.

    Top with caramel and nuts.

    Pat apples dry and arrange around dip.
