- 3 green apples, sliced in wedges
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, not packed
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar Hershey's or Smucker's butterscotch caramel
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Soak sliced apples in 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon salt; cover.

2Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended.
