  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 small apples
  • 3 3/4 cups Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups confectioner sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
